Pre-Season Tournament - Brian Dunkin Cup

The very first Aussie Footy event is almost upon us for 2010, and its exciting stuff indeed. In honour to the great Brian Drunkin umpiring 250 OAFL games he has now lifted himself amongst the gods in having the pre season cup named after him. Top stuff.

As there is many "moving and shaking" of players during the off season within all clubs, it will be an interesting day to see which teams have recruited well, which teams are missing key players, etc. Its going to be a great day and we hope to see all players / supporters / fans support the event. A fantastic day to be had by all footy followers! Details are as below:

MAY 1ST  PRE-SEASON "BRIAN DUNKIN" CUP

To All Clubs:

The Executive can now confirm that the Pre-season Cup on Saturday May 1^st at Humber North will go ahead.

The City has granted field permission.

All games will consist of two 15 minute halves with a five minute halftime breaks. 

THE DRAW

(All Games to be played at Humber North)

8.30 am:               Roos  Vs Hawks

9.10 am :              Blues  Vs Demons

9.50  am:              Eagles  Vs Rebels

10.30 am:             Hamilton  Vs Dingos

11.10 am:             Guelph Vs Roos

11.50 pm:            Hawks v.s Demons

12.30 pm:            Eagles Vs Blues

1.10 pm:               Rebels Vs Hamilton

1.50 pm:               Dingos Vs Guelph  

Number of wins per team to be added up along with each teams winning margins.

2.30 pm:               Consolation Final (Teams with third and fourth most wins plus biggest winning margins)

3.10 pm:               Main Final (Most wins with the biggest margins)

Finish Humber North:  4.00 pm.

Start:  Gracies Pub at 6pm with a few beers and wings paid for by the OAFL!
